The state forest’s 25-acre lake is a great place to take a cooling dip on a summer’s day or enjoy an afternoon splash with family and friends. It’s also a great place for bird watching and home to many species, so don’t forget your binoculars. The park is home to myriad wildlife ranging from deer and rabbits to bobcats and foxes.
